  1. This is the second of two archives which deliver HomeBase as ShareWare.  
  2. The other is called HB20SW.ARC.

  4. To print the manual type:  COPY  MANUAL.HB  PRN
  5.  
  6. HBCONVRT takes ASCII files containing Names and Addresses in some defined
  7. formats and converts them into Template NoteBases of the NAMEADDR.NBD type
  8. for use with HomeBase.
  9.  
  10. HBTEMPLT is the template maker.  It allows you to create new templates or
  11. modify the structure of existing ones.  BE SURE TO UNLOAD NOTEBASE FROM
  12. HOMEBASE BEFORE USING HBTEMPLT.  This program also lets you save the contents
  13. of NoteBases as ASCII files, for use with HBPRINT.

  15. HBPRINT takes the ASCII file generated by HBTEMPLT and acts as a mailmerge
  16. program using the data.
  17.  
  18. HBCLEAN is a file-maintainence utility which should be run on all nbd files
  19. periodically to pack them and remove deleted data.  
  20.      1) Unload all NoteBases and Calendars
  21.      2) Back them up [e.g., COPY  *.NBD  A:]
  22.      3) Type:  HBCLEAN  *.NBD
  23. That's it.
